The programme moves step by step: first you understand how AI works, then you build and apply solutions yourself.
Block 1
AI fundamentals and how language models work
How language models work, what they can actually do and where their limits run. A shared foundation the rest of the programme builds on.
Block 2
Safe AI use and generative AI tools
How to use generative AI tools while keeping your data and business secrets protected. Practical principles for everyday work.
Block 3
Building automated workflows
We build workflows that take repetitive work off people's plates. Hands-on exercises based on real processes.
Block 4
Using AI models in solutions and common mistakes
How to choose and apply AI models in your solutions — and which typical mistakes hold AI projects back the most.
Block 5
AI hackathon and applying solutions in a business context
You put everything to the test: at the hackathon you build a solution to a real business problem and think through how to roll it out in your organisation.
